Editing a schedule
Complete the following instructions to edit a schedule with Resource Scheduler.
Complete the following steps to use the Consolein Resource Scheduler to change schedule information.
Important
To create schedules using these procedures, you must have a policy that allows you to access, create, and modify schedules, and you must have a policy that allows schedules to manage resources. For more information, see Authentication and Authorization, Resource Scheduler Policies, and Example Policies.- Open the navigation menu and select Governance & Administration. Under Resource Scheduler, select Schedules
- On the Schedules list page, perform one of the following steps to open the Edit schedule window:
- In the list of schedules, select the Actions menu ( ⁝ ) at the right end of the row that contains the schedule that you want to edit, and select Edit Schedule
- Select the name of the schedule that you want to edit. On the Schedule details page, select Edit Schedule.
- In the Edit Schedule window, select the section for each major step to create a schedule that you want to change, and edit the information as needed.
- Select Review to check all your settings, and then select Edit Schedule to update the schedule with the changed information. While Resource Scheduler updates the schedule, the work request status of the schedule says Updating. When the work request is complete, the status says Succeeded.
