Subscription mapping now available when creating child tenancies

When creating a new child tenancy in Organization Management from the Tenancies page, you can now select a different subscription you want to be associated with the new created child tenancy, instead of the default subscription. When creating the child tenancy, you can select the subscription in the Create new tenancy panel's new Subscription mapping step.

The Organizations API's CreateChildTenancyDetails Reference also includes a new subscriptionId attribute that specifies the OCID of the subscription that needs to be assigned to the child tenancy. When the attribute is specified for a created child tenancy, then ORGANIZATIONS_SUBSCRIPTION_MAPPING_CREATE permissions are also required.
