Get started on Oracle Cloud Marketplace by becoming an OCI partner.

To get started as a publisher on Oracle Marketplace, your entity should be incorporated in the US, have an OPN membership tied to the US entity, a USD bank account, a signed US Marketplace agreement, and an ISupplier account setup. The end-to-end process as a partner begins with setting up your account (see details in the How to Register as a Publisher section) and ends with publishing your first listing on the Oracle Marketplace.
