Enum DecryptedData.EncryptionAlgorithm

  • All Implemented Interfaces:
    BmcEnum, Serializable, Comparable<DecryptedData.EncryptionAlgorithm>
    Enclosing class:
    DecryptedData

    public static enum DecryptedData.EncryptionAlgorithm
    extends Enum<DecryptedData.EncryptionAlgorithm>
    implements BmcEnum
    The encryption algorithm to use to encrypt and decrypt data with a customer-managed key AES_256_GCM indicates that the key is a symmetric key that uses the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm and that the mode of encryption is the Galois/Counter Mode (GCM).

    RSA_OAEP_SHA_1 indicates that the key is an asymmetric key that uses the RSA encryption algorithm and uses Optimal Asymmetric Encryption Padding (OAEP). RSA_OAEP_SHA_256 indicates that the key is an asymmetric key that uses the RSA encryption algorithm with a SHA-256 hash and uses OAEP.

    • Method Detail

      • values

        public static DecryptedData.EncryptionAlgorithm[] values()
        Returns an array containing the constants of this enum type, in the order they are declared. This method may be used to iterate over the constants as follows:
        for (DecryptedData.EncryptionAlgorithm c : DecryptedData.EncryptionAlgorithm.values())
            System.out.println(c);

        Returns:
        an array containing the constants of this enum type, in the order they are declared
      • valueOf

        public static DecryptedData.EncryptionAlgorithm valueOf(String name)
        Returns the enum constant of this type with the specified name. The string must match exactly an identifier used to declare an enum constant in this type. (Extraneous whitespace characters are not permitted.)
        Parameters:
        name - the name of the enum constant to be returned.
        Returns:
        the enum constant with the specified name
        Throws:
        IllegalArgumentException - if this enum type has no constant with the specified name
        NullPointerException - if the argument is null
