Virtual Cloud Network (VCN) PrivateIP Enhancements

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure virtual networking now supports the creation, updating, deletion, and detachment of up to 16 private IPs to a VNIC within a single API call. Available through OCI CLI and API, these new commands offer highly scalable private IP address management for both IPv4 and IPv6 protocols.
