HeatWave: Database and access modes

By default, a HeatWave DB system runs in read-write mode and allows all valid user accounts to connect to it. You can now configure the database mode to read-only where write operations are not allowed. This is useful for a target DB system of an inbound replication. You can also restrict the access mode to allow only administrator users to connect to it. This mode can prevent users from accessing a DB system meant for disaster recovery or other purposes.
