Add ZPR Security Attributes to OCI Generative AI Private Endpoints

You can now add Zero Trust Packet Routing (ZPR) security attributes to Generative AI private endpoints. Security attributes are labels that ZPR policy references. These attributes enable client endpoints with specific security attributes to access other endpoints that also have these attributes. ZPR enforces this policy at the network level every time access is requested, ensuring security regardless of any potential changes or misconfiguration in the network architecture.
