You can now host OpenAI gpt-oss models on dedicated AI clusters with B200 GPU shapes in the UAE Central (Abu Dhabi) region in OCI Generative AI. Select from 1, 2, 4, or 8 GPUs to match your workload’s performance and capacity needs.

Using the Models

To access a model in dedicated mode, create a dedicated AI cluster with one of the supported B200 GPU shapes. Then, create an endpoint for the model on the dedicated AI cluster and call that endpoint.
