Create SQL tuning sets in SQL Performance Watch

When creating a SQL Performance Analyzer task in Database Management SQL Performance Watch, you can now go to the SQL tuning sets section in Database Management Diagnostics & Management and create a SQL tuning set. You can also perform other tasks such as loading SQL statements into an existing SQL tuning set and monitoring SQL tuning set details even if you've not enabled Diagnostics & Management for the database. Note that to perform various tasks such as creating and monitoring SQL Performance Analyzer tasks in SQL Performance Watch, you now need to set the Advanced diagnostics preferred credential in Diagnostics & Management. For more information, see Set Advanced Diagnostics Preferred Credential.
