Logging Analytics: Enhancements to log ingestion mechanism for OCI Object Storage

The following 2 enhancements are now available for ingesting logs from OCI Object Storage:

Ovveride: Configure the overrides based on the object names matching specific patterns or prefixes. See Override ObjectCollectionRule Configuration to Process Specific Objects.
Selective Object Collection: Collect only a subset of objects from your object storage bucket. See Perform Selective Object Collection by Applying Filters on Object Names.
