MySQL Database Service introduces straightforward enable and disable operations for High Availability

You can now enable and disable High Availability on existing, standalone DB Systems. Your DB System must use a High Availability configuration. If you don't have it configured, the console will guide you to select a compatible configuration, and no extra action is necessary.
