MySQL Database Service Work Requests

MySQL Database Service has enhanced monitoring the progress of long-running operations with work requests.

A work request is an activity log that enables you to track each step in the operation's progress. For example, when creating a new MySQL DB System, you will see an associated work request with the overall progress and details for each activity step.
