Support for vSphere version 8.0

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure VMware Solution now supports vSphere version 8.0 when you provision a new SDDC and ESXi hosts. The vSphere version 8.0 bundle contains the following components:
- VMware ESXi 8.0 (build 20513097)
- VMware vCenter Server 8.0 (build 20519528)
- VMware NSX-T Data Center 4.0.1.1 (build 20598726)
- HCX Cloud 4.6.3 (build 21913437)
- HCX Connector 4.6.3 (build 21913513)
Note that vSphere version 8.0 is supported for new SDDCs only. To upgrade from version 7, create a new SDDC and ESXi hosts, and then migrate your workloads from the old SDDC to the new one.
