API Gateway support for login back ends
- Services: API Gateway
- Release Date: June 25, 2026
You can now define a login back end in an API deployment specification, for use with an OAuth 2.0 token authentication policy.
When defining an OAuth 2.0 token authentication policy, you can optionally specify a static login redirect path as the login back end in the validation failure policy. The static login redirect path identifies the route to which the identity provider redirects API clients as part of the authentication flow.
