Class DataIngestionJob

  • @Generated(value="OracleSDKGenerator",
               comments="API Version: 20240531")
    public final class DataIngestionJob
    extends com.oracle.bmc.http.client.internal.ExplicitlySetBmcModel
    When you create a data source, you specify the location of the data files.

    To make those files usable by an agent, you must download them into the agent’s associated knowledge base, a process known as data ingestion. Data ingestion is a process that extracts data from data source documents, converts it into a structured format suitable for analysis, and then stores it in a knowledge base.

    To use any of the API operations, you must be authorized in an IAM policy. If you're not authorized, talk to an administrator. If you're an administrator who needs to write policies to give users access, see [Getting Started with Policies](https://docs.oracle.com/iaas/Content/Identity/policiesgs/get-started-with-policies.htm).
    Note: Objects should always be created or deserialized using the DataIngestionJob.Builder. This model distinguishes fields that are null because they are unset from fields that are explicitly set to null. This is done in the setter methods of the DataIngestionJob.Builder, which maintain a set of all explicitly set fields called DataIngestionJob.Builder.__explicitlySet__. The hashCode() and equals(Object) methods are implemented to take the explicitly set fields into account. The constructor, on the other hand, does not take the explicitly set fields into account (since the constructor cannot distinguish explicit null from unset null).
