Log Analytics: UI support to modify more properties of Management Agents

Log Analytics now allows you to modify the following three new properties of Management Agents:

• File End Parser: Display name of the parser matching the last log entry in log file
• Read Timeout: Read timeout in seconds
• Connection Timeout: Connection timeout in seconds
