MySQL Database Service is now available in UK South (London), US West (Phoenix), and Brazil East (Sao Paulo) regions. For more information, see MySQL Database Service. If you do not have sufficient limits configured for your tenancy to use MySQL Database Service in the new region, you can request a service limit increase.
