Invalid analytic bucket error

If you receive an invalid analytic bucket error, you might have a missing policy.

To troubleshoot the error:
  1. Ensure that you have the correct policies, as indicated in Enabling Advanced Features, specifically 
    ALLOW group FLEET_MANAGERS to MANAGE object-family IN COMPARTMENT Fleet_Compartment
ALLOW resource jms SERVER-COMPONENTS to MANAGE object-family IN COMPARTMENT Fleet_Compartment
  2. Ensure you have admin rights to use the wizard.
