Description of the illustration implement-backend-integration.png

This is a conceptual diagram with three parts: "Planning: CDX workshop", "Implementation", and "Planning and Implementation of Backend Services".

In the "Planning: CDX workshop" section, the box on the left covers the whole vertical length of the figure and is labeled "Chatbot Project Goal". To the right of that are 5 boxes arranged vertically that are labeled "Use Case". Each is connected to the left box with a line. To the right of the "Use Case" boxes are 5 boxes labeled "user messages". Each of those boxes is connected with a line to the "Use Case" box to its left. To the right of the "user messages" boxes is a vertical box labeled "Channels". Each "user messages" box is connected to that box with a line. At the bottom of the "Use Case" section of the diagram is the text "Persona".

To the right of the "Planning: CDX workshop" section is the "Implementation" section. In that section, there are two identical boxes labeled "Skill (Multi-Language Support)", and each of these boxes is connected to the "Channels" box. Within each "Skills" box are two boxes. The first of the boxes within the Skills boxes are labeled "Model", and within each "Model" box are a box containing 3 "Entity" labels and 3 boxes labeled "Intent (utterances)". The second of the boxes within the Skills boxes are labeled "Dialog Flow".

To the right of "Implementation" is a section for planning and implementing backend services. There are icons in this section that represent databases, custom code, and Cloud services, and each of these icons has a line connecting it with one of the skills to the left.
