Use the R4 base URL from your DDFS instance. Send Authorization: Bearer <access-token> and accept application/fhir+json.

Behavior
Soft-delete the addressed Procedure resource and exclude it from current searches while retaining historical versions. This operation does not permanently purge the resource.
