Deleting a Metastore

Delete a metastore in Data Catalog.

1. On the Data Catalog service page, select Metastores. If you need help finding the Metastores page, see Listing Metastores.
2. On the Metastores page, select the name of the metastore that you want to delete.
3. On the metastore details page, select Delete.
4. In the Delete Metastore dialog box, type Delete to confirm and select Delete.
Use the delete command and required parameters to <task-being-performed>:
oci data-catalog metastore delete [OPTIONS]
