No Items Found When Viewing Job Results

If you receive a "No items found" result when viewing jobs, the incorrect compartment might be selected.

Cause

When viewing job details, the selected compartment defines which jobs display within the Associated work list. Jobs associated with groups can reside in different compartments. See Compartment Considerations.

To view work associated with the instances within the group, you must select the compartment that contains the instance. Additionally, groups can contain instances from multiple compartments. OS Management Hub only displays jobs from a single compartment at a time, therefore you might need to switch between multiple compartments to view all associated work for a job run against a group.

Resolution

Under List scope, select the compartment that contains the instances for the group.
