Firewall Creation Fails

Troubleshoot issues when creating a firewall.

There are various reasons that firewall creation can fail, including permissions issues, network issues, or exceeding the resource limits for your tenancy.

Review the create firewall work request to identify cause of failure

  1. On the navigation menu, select Identity & Security. Go to Firewalls, select Network Firewalls.
  2. In the Firewalls list, select the firewall.
  3. In Resources, select Work Requests.
  4. To view details, select the work request.
