Getting a Job's Activity Details for a Fleet

Get the activity status and details of resources for a job corresponding to a fleet in Fleet Application Management.

    1. Open the navigation menu  and select Observability & Management. Under Fleet Application Management, select Lifecycle Management.
    2. Under Lifecycle management (on the left side of the page), click Jobs.
    3. Click the name of the job that you want details for.
      The details page for the lifecycle management job opens. The Activity status section displays the fleet to which the job applies and the status of the job.
    4. Under Activity status, click a fleet name to find the activity details of fleet resources.
    5. In the Activity details dialog box, click the step view icon (step-view-icon) to display the status based on tasks associated with a fleet.
    6. Perform the following steps in the pane on the left side:
      1. To view the status task-wise or based on tasks associated with a fleet, click the step view icon (step-view-icon) at the top of the pane.
        All runbook tasks that are part of the fleet's runbook are displayed. Under each task, the resources on which the task is run are displayed. Under each resource, the targets where the task execution is applicable are displayed. You can hover over the tasks to see their status, indicated by check, failure, or pause icons.
      2. To reset the view resource-wise, click the resource view icon ( resource-view-icon).
      3. To run a failed task, click the Retry button next to the failed task.
      4. To resume a paused task, click the Resume button next to the paused task.
      5. Select an option from the Actions button to run all failed tasks or resume paused tasks.
    7. View a detailed log of specific tasks on the pane on the right side.
    8. To download the log of a failed task, click Download log.
