Operation Fails Because of Authorization or Resource Not Found
Troubleshoot problems when an operation fails because of an issue with authorization or the requested resource.
You get the error, "This resource either doesn't exist or you need permissions to view it" when you work with Cluster Placement Groups resources. You might see this error for several reasons.
Missing or incorrect policy statements
You might not have the required permissions.
Verify that policy statements exist to grant at least the minimum permissions described in Cluster Placement Groups IAM Policies. You might need policy statements for users, groups, or dynamic groups, depending on the resources you're working with. You need the appropriate level of access whether you're using the Console or the REST API with an SDK, CLI, or other tool. If you're a user who gets an error message that you're unauthorized, verify with an administrator what type of access you have and which compartment to work in.
Resource doesn't exist
The requested resource might not exist.
Verify that all resources named in the request exist and haven't been deleted.
