Internet Proxy Configuration is needed for the device to connect to the OCI network,
so services such as Data Sync work.
Currently only http(s) proxy servers are supported.
Configuration is simple. Specify an IP Address or Hostname and a port that the proxy service runs on.
      For example: http://www-proxy.domain.tld:8088
An IP addresss is also accepted, instead of a hostname.
