Who can use Oracle paid listings?
All customers can use Oracle paid listings.
Are all listings available internationally?
At the choice of the publisher, all listings are available in the enabled countries or currencies in the Marketplace. Oracle currently supports the launch of third-party paid listings in enabled countries and based on the choice of the publisher, who can publish in these countries. For more information about paid listings, see Pricing for Listings.
Can I use my free credits to launch a paid listing?
No, you must consume all the free credits before launching a third-party paid listing in Marketplace.
Why am I ineligible to launch a listing for a selected country?
The publisher has not made the listing available for the selected country. You can use our FREE and BYOL listings meanwhile. Oracle does not support the launch of third-party paid listing in the selected country. For more information about paid listings, see Pricing for Listings
When you try to launch a listing that is not supported in the selected country, the following message is displayed, INELIGIBLE_ACCOUNT_COUNTRY.
Why am I ineligible to launch a listing for a selected currency?
The publisher has not made the listing available for payment in the selected currency. You can use our FREE and BYOL listings meanwhile. Oracle does not support the launch of third-party paid listing in the selected currency. For more information about enabled currencies, see Pricing for Listings
When you try to launch a listing that does not support payment in the selected currency, the following message is displayed, INELIGIBLE_ACCOUNT_CURRENCY.
Why am I ineligible to launch a selected listing with my account?
The publisher has not made the listing available for a free trial account. You can upgrade your subscription to paid, through our billing to use paid resources.
When you try to launch a listing while you are on a free trial, the following message is displayed, INELIGIBLE_ACCOUNT_NOT_PAID.
Why am I ineligible to access a selected listing in my tenancy?
You cannot launch this listing because your tenancy/account has not been identified as a possible customer for this listing by the publisher. Feel free to browse through our other listings.
When you try to launch a listing outside of allowed tenancies, the following message is displayed, INELIGIBLE_ACCOUNT_TENANCY_NOT_ALLOWED_ACCESS.
Why am I ineligible to access the selected listing with my government subscription purchase model?
The publisher has not made the listing available for customers who have access to Marketplace through the government subscription purchase model. Government customers cannot launch non government listings. Please raise a customer support ticket.
When you try to launch a listing that is not available to Marketplace customers with a government subscription purchase model, the following message is displayed, INELIGIBLE_ACCOUNT_GOV_LAUNCH_NON_GOV_LISTING.
Why am I ineligible to access my account details although I have a valid account?
When you try to access your account details and receive the INELIGIBLE_ACCOUNT_NOT_AVAILABLE message, please wait for a few minutes and try again.
If the issue persists, contact customer service and provide the opcRequestId for further assistance.
Why have I reached a limit to launch a paid listing?
Your limit to launch paid listings for your account has been reached. For further assistance, contact your account manager.
When you try to launch a paid listing after your account has reached its limit, the following message is displayed, INELIGIBLE_PAID_LISTING_THROTTLED.
Why am I unable to proceed to the next screen after the terms and conditions?
This is an error that is displayed when you proceed without reviewing the terms and conditions and selecting the check box above Launch Instance to accept the agreement. Also, ensure that you have chosen the desired compartment to launch the instance.
When you try to proceed without reviewing the terms and conditions, the following message is displayed, AGREEMENT_NOT_ACCEPTED.
If you see any other message than the ones mentioned above, please contact our customer service and provide the opcRequestId for further assistance.

This message is displayed when you try to launch a listing that is not supported in the selected country.
INELIGIBLE_ACCOUNT_CURRENCY
This message is displayed when you try to launch a listing that does not support payment in the selected currency.
INELIGIBLE_ACCOUNT_NOT_PAID
This message is displayed when you try to launch a listing while you are on a free trial.
INELIGIBLE_ACCOUNT_TENANCY_NOT_ALLOWED_ACCESS
